Greetings everyone,
First, I want to remind everyone that my next show is this Saturday (april 18th) from 7 to 9 pm at the Carnegie Center in Rensselaer. I hope many of you will make it! This installment will feature the Twilight Series works with a few other pieces, mostly photos I have taken in Europe in February. There will be around 20 twilight works with some new works that aren't on the website yet. Below this is are examples of new works entitled "The Night Sky's Blaze" and "Evening Solitude". Both were take at the same location. Our next show will not be until July 10th - 12th at Chicago's Magnificent Mile Show on Michigan Ave, Chicago.
There is now a bit of a website dedicated to this series of works. Go to http://www.photographytwilight.com/ for more on it. You can also view the works at my official fine art website at http://www.ryanmusch.com/. This has been a fun series so far as I will stop creating new ones starting in May and start back up with new twilight works come November. To get what I specifically want with each piece, it tends to work best in the Wintertime. Thank you to everyone for your kind words and support in creating this series!
The cover art is complete for my Lagenweise book. The book itself has been delayed as has the storyline accompany piece due mostly to my changing thoughts and emotions with it. I am sorry to those waiting for it but I want to make sure it is perfect! Well...it won't be perfect but I want it to be moderately close...The "official" launch of the series will happen with the book is completed from the press. In unrelated news, my client based service of fh photographic will be in full swing starting in May. I have 37 weddings left in 2009 so things will become incredibly busy. I have a few of my college students staying this summer to intern so there will be plenty of help fortunately this year. I will miss teaching at the college this summer but will look forward to meeting the new students in the fall semester.
As always, if any of you have questions, never hesitate to contact me at fhmedia@gmail.com.
Bye for now!
